My room was above a bar/club which as the evening progressed became very noisy. After a lovely night out with my daughter who lives in Belfast, I have to say I only managed two and half hours sleep. The toilet had a very strong smell of urine and the window wouldn't open. Would I stay here again? Not sure. At the moment I prefer the Ibis (City Centre). Rooms are clean, toilet smells fresh an windows open. The only positive review is the lighting in the room :-) Sorry ETAP

Friendly staff, great location in the city center - really close to the hop on hop off city sightseeing tour bus stop. Good restaurant options close by. Bar next door was blasting music! There should have been a safe in the room. Liquid shower gel would work better than the little bar soap. I know it is a budget hotel but quite on the pricey end of a stay.

Enjoyed the stay, excellent music from band playing next door. Would recommended asking for a quiet room. Pity there was no bar, with s young teenager and not welcome in lively bars in area. Brilliant location. Right across from bus stop for city tour.

The room is quite small. For the price I wouldn't expect a much larger room, but this room took small to an extreme. Cleanliness of the room was not a high priority. Sure, they made up the bed, provided fresh towls, soap and all, but the floors were sticky and dirty. How long would it take to run a quick vacuum and mop? Noise level at night is extreme due to night club next door. Make sure to try and get booked room on quiet side of hotel, which is opposite of the club. Breakfast for 5 pounds is just so so. Sure, it's filling, but what can be said for cold meat sandwiches and hard boiled eggs with not so hot coffee and watered down juice? Must give compliments to the staff who were very helpful and nice given the location and conditions given to work with.
